North Africa's printing and packaging industry ready to invest

The printing and packaging sector in the North African countries enjoys an unparalleled level of growth. Thanks to a strong economic upswing in all North-African countries, and consistently high oil and gas revenues especially for Algeria, Libya and Egypt, the growing population‘s disposable income is rising. Moroccans, Algerians, Tunisians, Libyans and Egyptians are increasingly able and willing to spend - and that in turn dramatically pushes up demand for printing and packaging machinery and packaging materials.
 
In a further boost to the publishing, manufacturing and food processing sector, and therefore to the printing and packaging industry, hundreds of production facilities are to be constructed or to be modernised in the coming years, as part of a multi-billion dollar investment.
